"Very nice apartment but super stressful getting access into building. Booking site said checkin 3pm -10pm but no front door staff. Email connected me to local contact who sent link to use to open building door but couldn't get it to work. Finally someone walked out and I walked in. Apartment key in lockbox worked fine. "

"Beautiful heated pool with a gorgeous swim up view of the lake and mountains. Pretty loud inside the cabins if you have noisy neighbors. No ability to control your own heat (you have to call reception to have them adjust it?) Highly recommend overall. "

"We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. "

"My room was in front of the Main Street (bustillo) so I heard the cars going back and forth all night, the view was not as advertised by the property. On top of this the room was too hot, amenities are open but nobody is on the spa or the pool to help you out, I left after the first night and went to another hotel where my parents made their reservation, less expensive and with much better amenities. I do not recommend this hotel"

"Great stay , accommodated my lack of Spanish. Spa is good but advertised “hot rocks” and did not deliver. Restaurant was great and also helped with the language barrier. Short walk to mountain and Ski area . No room service and house keeping did not include dishes 🤔"

"Muy buena experiencia y relación precio/ calidad a favor nuestro. Arrendamos una dependencia para 3 personas con baño privado y kitchenette ,sencilla pero todo cómodo y limpio.Realizan cambio de toallas limpias cada día, jabón y papel higiénico. El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación con estacionamiento. Tiene además un patio con árboles y parrilla por si necesitas.La persona a cargo muy amable y cordial.Hay wifi gratis . ."
