"I had booked two different room reservations that were back to back: the first was 2 nights for business, and my husband then joined me for the next 2 nights so we could spend a long weekend in San Antonio. When I checked in, I asked if I could stay in the same room for all 4 nights and Amanda said she could do that and then upgraded my room to a suite, and it was lovely.
