"A perfect place for my family to stay for the week. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old - there were even toys for him to play with! The living room was super spacious, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood even though it appears to be in a major road. Jerry was super responsive and incredibly kind and generous. It even felt like a real home, as opposed to many rental homes that feel cold and vacant. Overall, a great experience!"

"This property is cozy and plenty of space, bedding and seating for 12 (we had 9 there). Kitchen had all the necessary amenities to cook meals in-house. Close driving proximity to activities in the area. Highly recommend olive oil tour/tasting, winery tours/tasting and Sonoma State Historic Park."

"Well, there are a few things to mention straight off: no washer or dryer onsite (somehow I missed this on the listing, but assumed a home in the suburbs would have it); the tv remote didn’t work - we downloaded the Roku app and that worked, but it should be replaced; the deadbolt on the front door is glitchy; we had some ants in the kitchen; and there are not any full length mirrors. "Love Frankes place. The good- Large roomy home. Nice decks with bbq. Great selection of kitchen appliances and gadgets. Great master bed, very comfortable! Very secluded location, could not see another home. Huge selection of book and cds , probably over 100 of each! The not so good- Several windows that either have moisture between panes or a heavy film on the outside. Swivel chairs in living room have dirty/ greasy stains on the arms. Wouldn’t sit in them, need to be cleaned or replace. Sun...
