"Good clean, modern hotel in Salford Quays within walking of The Lowry Theatre. Tram stop close by, 10 minutes to Manchester. 2 night stay. First morning breakfast I informed Donna about my nut allergy and received excellent personal service. The second morning there were different staff and I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my breakfast and the bowl of fruit and cooked breakfast turned up at the same time. Overall though the service from all staff was very good"

"Arrived early room was ready they allowed early check in which was so nice after a long drive from Scotland, staff were so nice and friendly and helpful and so welcoming with out dog room was very nice and food was lovely "

"The Imperial isn't a 5 star hotel, but its clean, the staff are friendly, its in a great location, and provides you a great base to go and see/do whatever it is you're doing in Salford or Manchester. With the train station across the road you can get into the city centre, or further out into Greater Manchester. McDonalds for breakfast. Free parking too!"
