"Under the hotel is underground shopping boutiques, shoe shops and restaurants street, grocery stores, etc Fun environment, shuttle buses to the airport is half block away, very close to other hip places like Shibuya, Harajuku too… but the room is smaller than the photos in Expedia App … "

You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"Hotel was super clean and beautiful! I only had one issue with this place and it was the laundry service ! I spent almost $80 on the laundry services and out clothes came back still smelly ( like you can still smell my sons sweat on his shirts) so expensive and when I told the front desk nothing was done about it ! She just said sorry and proceeded to swipe the charges "

"The hotel offers a shuttle service that picks you up from the train station, which is convenient. However, it doesn’t provide any guidance for visiting Mount Fuji, so we had to navigate on our own using the Hakone Travel Pass. It would have been much easier if there had been a tour guide or tourist bus that took us directly, even if we had to pay for it. Another area for improvement is the internet, which was a bit unreliable and sometimes cut out at night. The room was comfortable but could...
