"Pre-arranged closer to buffet table sitting location (one of my older family member need walking assistant) was not given util I refuse to accept, they finally provided a table closer to the food area with an attitude! Otherwise, the this hotel is great especially with both in-room and public Onsen. They also treat every hotel guest with unlimited ice cream from their in house vending machine. "

"My husband really wanted a private onsen because of a cancer scar. He very much enjoyed it. The futon was very difficult for me to get up because I will be receiving a shoulder operation when I go home and I can’t use my arm."

"Incredible hospitality and ryokan experience. Very traditional and a wonderful way to experience and appreciate Japan and Japanese culture (11th time here and have done ryokan before). Extensive kaiseki and some dishes you would never find on a restaurant menu. Place is extremely clean albeit showing a bit wear - and - tear with facilities. Do book private onsen outside. 10/10"
