"Nobody at office all day. About 40 degree in the office . Pipe from the toilet leaking for long long time and water going in the shower . Your feet are in it . Rest of room old and used . No maintenance here . Cleaning staff not friendly either. Go to the next street at Sonwa resort .same price but a world of difference . "

"Staff and hotel were very accommodating. My issue with the amenities is with Orbitz/Expedia not updating their own website. No shuttle. No pool. Owner said they informed you. This was particularly disappointing b/c my wife was in a foreign country, arrived first, and had to ride with a stranger which is why I chose a hotel that had a shuttle. "

"Place was clean. However needs alot of improvements. They have hot water pot but no coffee or tea available in the room. Room was spacious but there were No decoration whatsoever, not even a frame of picture on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was too high-upto my chest. Things were not thoughtfully arranged for convinience. You will know what i mean. Pickup from airport was written in the web but not available. "

"The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely. Left my passport behind and they stored it safely for my return. Bed was very comfortable, A/C was excellent, safe didn’t work (but you don’t feel like you need it), facilities were clean, tidy and homely. Plenty of privacy and close to the main beach at Nai Yang. Close to the airport bus stop to Phuket. Some staff speak enough English that communication is easy."
