"Nobody at office all day. About 40 degree in the office . Pipe from the toilet leaking for long long time and water going in the shower . Your feet are in it . Rest of room old and used . No maintenance here . Cleaning staff not friendly either. Go to the next street at Sonwa resort .same price but a world of difference . "

"Let me start by saying that the staff at this Hotel were wonderful and very helpful. The first problem that happened was finding the property. Since the phone number to the property was bad it took considerable time to find. The pictures of this hotel are somewhat deceiving. The first picture you see is of a nice pool area and listed under property amenities is a listing for a pool.
