"The new Dusit Thani is a top-notch facility. They have a few glitches in opening and will continue to improve as the facility fully opens. All of the products they use, from the ingredients in the foods, to the food preparation and room amenities are the finest available. The staff is friendly, not just to the upscale clientele, but all guests. Sometimes I am well dressed, but other times I may looks disheveled when I am jet-lagged. "This hotel is attached to the airport so it was great for an early morning departure flight. Bed was very comfy so we got a good night sleep. Also, concierge was great. I has lost an item at another hotel and was able to have it delivered and held for me. The Hyatt just took it over so I am sure they will spruce it up a bit. Overall clean, good service and conveniently located."
