"Had a great stay at this beautifully decorated house. There was obviously a lot of attention to detail when it was remodeled and it had all the appropriate amenities, even a complimentary bottle of wine. Chris was very responsive to any inquiries. The hot tub in the screened in area at the rear was a plus. Very comfortable beds .I highly recommend."

"Had an amazing time at this property! I’m no stranger to the area and love the warm weather—everyone enjoyed exploring and soaking up the beach. If it were my property, I wouldn’t require an email form with everyone's signatures—that was a bit much. While I understand some hosts are older and particular, the hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative. Thanks for the great stay!"

"The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has."

"To start with, the host was fantastic!! She could not have been nicer. She checked in a couple of times during our two week stay. Always making sure everything was okay and checking to see if we needed anything. Do not hesitate to stay here. Beautiful area and the restaurants were all amazing. The only downfall was that some of the beaches were still closed due to the hurricane. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring. Thanks again to our wonderful host!"

"House was Great, Pool Was Great but while outside around the pool the neighbor to the North was VERY rude and yelling at us. Calling us names (swearing at us) and even threating to shoot us. We will be filing a police report. Hopefully the property manager or the owner of the house will get his issue under control before he really does shoot a guest. "
