Modern holiday villa overlooking the lake and the golf course

What is your idea of ​​a perfect vacation? Swimming in your own pool and looking out over the lake and golf course? Relax on the sun lounger just steps away from your own spacious living room? Playing golf, lying on the beach or exploring the area by bike?

Villa "49Pine" offers you all of this ... come and enjoy our fully refurbished and newly refurbished villa in Pinehurst, Rotonda West, which has 170sqm and three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open plan living space is tastefully decorated with a living room, a dining area for 6 people and a familyroom. There is a large HD SmartTV with soundbar for a cozy movie night. There are more than 200 television channels available.

The new kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast bar, where 4 people can sit.

From the master bedroom one enters the bathroom en-suite and a walk-in closet. In the guest area there are two further bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet and the second bathroom, which has direct access to the pool area. Both the master bedroom and the second guest room have a smartTV.

In the pool area is enough space for sun loungers, a dining table for 6 people and a cozy sitting area. From here you can watch the sunset over a cool drink and enjoy the holiday. Of course, a grill for a delicious American steak may not be missing!

The view from the pool area is on the lake and the 2. Green and the 3. Tee off the Pinemoor golf course. Directly on the water there is a private wooden deck. From here you can observe the waterfowl, turtles, armadillos, raccoons, our two squirrels Gin & Tonic and of course alligators slowly gliding in the water. If you are lucky, the Bobcat will meet you and your boys. What a peaceful environment!

The entire villa is southwest facing. The covered lanai offers in the summer sufficient protection against the intense sun and occasional rain showers.

The entire house is air conditioned and has additional ceiling fans. High quality towels, beach towels and bed linen is provided. You will also find beach chairs and sunshades, a cooler and a picnic basket for your visit to the beach with us. Two bicycles are also available for your exploration tours.

The villa has a new washer and dryer and of course free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful home in wonderful location.
A beautiful home with everything we needed and more. Location was perfect and we enjoyed spotting the variety of wildlife especially the alligator! Lovely property, clean and everything needed for the two of us. Excellent dock on the lake watching the baby gator and the variety of bird life. Excellent location for visiting the gulf coast beaches. Highly recommended and Christina and John were easy to communicate with all through the process.

Lovely clean & well equipped property in ideal location to get in and out of Rotonda. Owners were friendly, helpful & easy to deal with. Superb outside space around the pool and best part of all is the dock overlooking the lake to watch the sunset, gators and wide range of wildlife. Would recommend & stay again.

We absolutely loved this property! Beautifully maintained, very clean and well appointed. We loved the pool and relaxing or grilling in the Lanai area. It was wonderful to have such a well stocked home with everything we needed. The two bikes provided were perfect for exploring the area and riding the trail. We’d like to rent for next year, but sadly, see that they are already booked.

So wonderful we extended our stay!
Our stay at 49pine was great and everything we hoped for - the property was clean and we spent hours sitting by the pool watching the beautiful landscape. We stayed here last year and returned, once again a wonderful stay, lovely villa with a dock overlooking the lake (alligators, turtles etc) SW facing pool for the sunsets and clean and tidy inside with everything catered for - would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in a quiet neighbourhood approximately 20 mins drive from beaches, shops and restaurants.

We’ve been going to Port Charlotte for many years and to be honest this house was just perfect! Close to the beach and restaurants. We totally enjoyed our 1 month stay in this home. Perfect split bedroom floor plan for family. Immaculate and beautifully decorated. John and Christina have thought of everything anyone could possibly need. They were very responsive to any questions. Safe, quiet neighborhood. We spent lots of time in the lanai and pool area. Also enjoyed all the wild life in the back yard. So many species of birds, alligator, squirrels and even a bobcat sighting! If you golf this is an excellent location. Absolutely Beautiful!
The photos do not do this property justice! This home has been completely refurbished, with an IKEA style. The kitchen was so well organized and had everything you need to cook! Including spices, etc. I cooked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner and really didn't need to purchase many spices. The pool is divine,and the lanai stunning.. a great place for breakfast or evening cocktails. We enjoyed the golfers teeing off across the canal. Definitely recommend this lovely home.
