"House was Great, Pool Was Great but while outside around the pool the neighbor to the North was VERY rude and yelling at us. Calling us names (swearing at us) and even threating to shoot us. We will be filing a police report. Hopefully the property manager or the owner of the house will get his issue under control before he really does shoot a guest. "

"This is a lovely, quiet, secluded villa in Rotonda West. While it may be a bit far from the beach it has a wonderful heated pool and hot tub where we swam every day on our 7 day stay. I have never stayed at a VRBO that had such a well stocked kitchen in terms of pots, pans, strainers etc, even tupperware and cooler packs. The house was very clean and tidy. There were lots of towels, including beach towels. Queen beds in both master suites are a bit tired and a king would have been nicer. ...

"Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. One glitch the second day of our stay with ac breaking. Owner was very attentive and responsive. But had to endure a Florida day/night of 85 degrees. She was diligent getting a repairman there the next day. Glad to have the lovely pool to cool down in. Home was clean and kitchen well stocked. Had fun each day watching golfers and wildlife. Took advantage of the bikes. My husband and I took a few rides. I would recommend this home to my friends and would stay...
