Also the prices are reasonable for an island hotel. This place does not see the hordes of daytrippers the hotels on the north shore...

"We had a great time at Isla del Sol! It was very nice to be able to relax and unplug. All of the staff were so nice. I think it’s worth noting that while Google Maps shows that there are other restaurants in walking distance, they both appeared to be closed. There wasn’t really other food options, so the full board option may be the correct choice! "

"The view from the cabin we rented was breathtaking, just as I imagined. The cabin is in good condition but be aware of a bit of privacy issue ( some workers use the back of the property as a shortcut to move to the next property) The bathroom roof is half uncovered but private, just be aware if it rains you will see water inside the shower area ( I was there during dry season). Also right around 4 pm the cabin was hit with very strong winds and we were not able to sit outside to enjoy the view,...
