"Stay was good, great room for our pet dog but Hotel.com was misleading on room choice, we paid extra as per Hotel.com for a pet room and then Kelowna Best Western Plus charged us again another $30 per night to have our pet stay in the room. Hotel.com and Best Western should be clearer on charges for rooms and not mislead people "

"The toilet was continuously running and when we told the front desk,nothing was done about it. Beds were comfy but the room above us was really noisy"
