Great place for families! They and an indoor pool with an indoor water slide and it was heated! The staff was all so nice, and it had free transportation into downtown with pick up 10! Amazing! We will be back :)

Beautiful property! A little village with a pool inside and out along with tub we enjoyed in a blizzard. All the amenties are brand new. Easy tranport into town and the free bus if the time fit. The staff were all friendly. I definitely recomend the resort to others. Only negative you could hear the children running upstairs. Luckily we only had to deal with it for one night.

Disappointing and Unsafe Stay ⭐⭐☆☆☆ We stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan in Breckenridge from December 29, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. For the last three days of our stay, we faced ongoing electrical issues that made our room unsafe. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, the problem persisted, and it became clear that the situation would not improve. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, my family and I had no choice but to leave a day earlier than planned. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. For a property under the Hyatt brand, this level of maintenance and attention to safety is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property to others and sincerely hope management takes steps to address these issues to ensure future guests don’t endure the same experience.
