"The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The downside is the strong smell of cleaning product throughout the room. It is so overwhelming that we have to keep the window wide open for the whole time while not sleeping when the temperature outside is 20F (-5C). I'm very sensitive to smells so that's a big downside for me. Otherwise the stay was good. "

"Check in was a bit late. Our room got pretty cold at night as the hest could not keep up. It was very cold outside so i undertand. But with 2 little kids it wa sless than ideal. The team was super helpful and eventually got it all fixed. Great servoce and very friendly. "
