"Hotel was clean, and the staff pleasant and helpful. Overall a perfectly acceptable place to stay. The only issue was the poor snow removal efforts, which left us slipping and sliding on ice or hard packed, icy snow, getting in and out and to the parking lot. Serious fall risk that wasn't addressed at all from Saturday through Monday morning. To make matters worse, the door closest to the parking lot wouldn't open with the key card, so we had to traverse even more snow and ice to get to...

"Convenient to Metro Station to go to DC"

"Beautiful and cozy room! We felt like we were in a furnished apartment rather than a hotel room. The gas fireplace was very nice and gave the room feel like being at home. Comfortable furniture, clean kitchenette that included dishes and cookware, and a full size fridge! Only thing missing was an oven. My one and only complaint was the lack of hot water in the bathroom. It was room temperature at best. If we're in need of a room again, we will definitely book it here. "

"Beds were comfortable and guests were quiet enough on first floor by 11pm. Breakfast was pretty decent and eggs were not as good though. "

"Booking receptionist at the front desk to checkin and out, was extremely lrude and impatient and unaware of speaking to him over the phone before for early check-in!! Upon arrival 2nd door to open up lobby and front was locked and had to call over 3-5 time's for him to buzz me in!! Spike talking to me over the phone twice before arrival he still made me wait two and a half hours to check in early and also overcharged me for early check-in and security deposit or roughly giving me a room that did...
