"I like the staff and the walking are along the canal. I don’t care for the shower. I wish the glass could move so I don’t have to in the shower while adjusting the temperature."

"This is our 2nd time staying here and it was as excellent as the first time. Outstanding service, friendly staff, above and beyond cleanliness not only in the room but throughout the hotel, spacious room. The only one complaint I have is that they did not have a frying pan for my needs but it wasn't a deal breaker. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. One suggestion if i may, please add waffles or pancakes to the breakfast; other than that, great breakfast. "

"The bathroom door was broken it would.close all the way. It was halfway off the hinge. The Hot tub was broken and there were no chairs in the pool area to relax in or hold your belongings. The included breakfast was full of bread...bagles, pancakes, bisciuts, pastries. No eggs or meat or no cream cheese for the bagles. Cereal for the kids, fruit & yogurt were good choice for my little one, but I expected much more for a breakfast that was so tightly policed. Dont forget your breakfast ticket. "

"My only complaint is the parking. Paying for parking is one thing, but it being valet only is a bit much. I personally do not like anyone driving my car. The valet part should be optional. "
