Tucked away in the tropical paradise of Coco Beach Grand Reserve Golf and Country Club in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. With views of El Yunque National Rainforest. Welcome to our beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath home private office that sleeps 8. Stocked Kitchen, a wet bar with wine fridge, living room, dining room, and 3 balconies and a terrace. Have fun hanging out downstairs in the patio sitting area with BBQ and awesome breeze. You don’t have to bring anything, only food and your bathing suits, because everything is provided in the house such as towels, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances such as microwave, stove, refrigerator, freezer, and utensils to cook your meals. All Bathrooms include basic toiletries and has hot water. It is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, living room, and dining room Netflix, Hulu, Roku TVs, and high-speed internet, WIFI are all included. Walking distance to both the Beach and Golf Course. We offer 2 Free Parking and there is a Golf Cart available to use (not a mode of transportation and at times it goes under maintenance) and take to the beach. Our Villas Del Mar neighborhood offers: Beach access, the beach parking lot is located on the left side across from the Golf Club House. There is plenty to do whether you golf, want to horseback ride, zip line, hang out in the waterfalls nearby in the Rain Forest, take the ferries to see the beautiful nearby Islands of Culebra, and Vieques, a short 30 Minute drive to the Bioluminescent Bay Tours or just relax by the beach every day. Enjoy: Grand Reserve Golf Club, two world-class Tom Kite designed 18-hole championship golf courses, home of the PGA "Puerto Rico Open ". Princess' property is a wonderful haven near old San Juan. All of the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed. I can't wait to go back!

Perfect Rio Grande Villa
We had such a lovely stay here, I can’t recommend it enough. The host was very responsive and accommodating for our late arrival. The house has everything you could need including towels and beach amenities. The kitchen is well stocked and has many appliances. I hope I get to stay here again in the future, thank you!!

Overall a great stay! The home is cute, with lots of outdoor spaces, and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher. Plus the views of el yunque from the home itself are limited. The views from the beach are nice. Going to the beach on the golf cart was fun. Princess was very responsive about everything.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The inside was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. Other family members had booked elsewhere and they dropped by to meet up and were also impressed with the house. They all took the information for any future trips to PR.
