"We picked this location specifically so we could be close to the Rainforest, Bio Bay kayak tour and the airport. It did not disappoint. The condo has a great pool if you want to get out of the ocean waves which was just at the end of the walking path. The beach was not crowded by any means and having towels and chairs provided was ideal. The condo was perfect for our family of 5."

"We had a great stay here. It's a very short drive to Luquillo for the beach and kioskos, and to Fajardo for snorkeling trips or the ferry. The gulf cart is a fun way to get to the lovely beach right on the property where we found tons of shells and had fun watching the crabs. We had the whole beach practically to ourselves the whole time we were there. The house was clean and well appointed, with beach towels and toys. Everything you need in the kitchen including seasonings and coffee. We had trouble with the oven but that may have been user error. If definitely recommend this house to anyone. It's a safe, comfortable home with a great owner who communicates well. 5 stars. "

"My family of 6 all loved the house. It was comfy and had several places to either gather or escape to read or relax. My 2 adult sons, and their gals, loved the quick trek to the beach for sunny during the day and enjoying the sunset. Security in the area was impressive, neighbors were quiet and communication with Princess great! I highly recommend!"

"Luis was a super responsive host and the villa itself was a gem. It's a great change from the glass and aluminum box style spaces with its thick stucco walls and red tiles roofs it has a Mediterranean vibe. The large, deep balcony was angled for privacy from neighboring units, looked out on greenery and even stayed mostly dry in the occasional tropic rain bursts. Lots of interior room to spread out, too. Great find!"
