"We had the most wonderful time staying here in the beautiful Aquatika Condo 7203. The condo is gorgeous, there is a TON for the kids to do (pools, beach, mini golf, playgrounds) and it is steps to the beach with a beautiful ocean view. The host was so kind, communicative and honest and when we arrived, Juan Carlos was amazing. He was waiting when we arrived and got us in so easily. Answered all of our questions and just made the check in and check out smooth. We would come back in a heartbeat....

"Location was incredible! Safe, convenient, right on the beautiful beach...with private gated access. Loved the sunrise walks toward the kiosks (didn't go the entire way to the kiosks, but it's possible).Two bed/two bathrooms made sleeping comfortable and although the living space was merely a couch and a TV, we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit anyway. Kitchen was well-appointed!Unfortunately, this rental was missing its deck/patio furniture shown in the pictures on the website...the patio...

"This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!"
