"I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"One of the nicest places I stayed during a week in PR. The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Overall, the nicest place I stayed on...

"We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in San Juan. The beach was close and it was beautiful. So many restraints and stores near by. We walked to Old San Juan, not close but a great long walk, we indeed home. The place was clean and had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us to sleep and plenty of living space. "

"Elvira is the best! Everything was super smooth on check in and the apartment was clean and cool. She let us check out several hours late which made our lives much easier. I ended up receiving a text from her that I had left my headphones which she then volunteered to ship back to the states for me. Seriously awesome and over the top service!"
