"Night before check out, came back from being out all day an AC not working. Apt was hot and very humid. All clothing and bedding was damp. Reported, all they ask was at what time we noticed, told them but no one came to fix it. Left the next morning as soon as we got ready. We have used VRBO hundreds of times w/o issues."

"I will start with the positives. The location is fantastic. I don’t think k we could have planned a better location if we tried. Communication with the management company was great, including issue notification (more on that in a bit). There definitely is plenty of space, the kitchen was very modern, and the AC units definitely worked. "The apartment is in an excellent location. Five minutes walk to Playa Escambron and various restaurants. Cleanliness and layout of the apartment is top quality. The host Ingrid gave very clear instructions beforehand and was very responsive in a timely manner. Will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Puerto Rico."

"Cute little 2 bedroom condo. Noise is a bit loud from traffic, but it was elections so traffic was more then normal. For the price it was a good fit clean, walking distance from a lot of restaurants, attractions, and a Walmart close by. I would recommend this. "

"Pros: Nice and clean. Relatively cool in living room if A/C all on. Appreciate all the swim towels, beach chairs, iron and ironing board. Kitchen well stocked even though we didn’t use a lot. Nice to have washer and dryer- they worked well. Cons: Master bedroom needs darkening shades. Elevator - broke twice, once for 40+ minutes with 3 people in it! If you want to make your space more accessible to older and/or hdcp people…. Need grab bar at least in 1 shower. Slat in guest bathroom window...

Agatha is an amazing host and made our stay even more enjoyable before we even arrived. Definetely recommend you stay here because we will be back."

"Very clean, easy access, bathroom is a little uncomfortable if you’re a big guy like me, but not impossible to manage. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The only bad thing is the a/c water extractor that makes noise when least you expected lol had to get used to that. Overall, the experience was great. Met the cleaning lady and she is just fabulous. Did not get her name though, but really nice person. Loved the place! "
