"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

"We loved our stay in Mario’s apartment in Old San Juan! We walked everywhere and had a great time. The balcony was smaller than expected with only one chair and a very square to serve as a table, but we didn’t really spend much time there as it was pretty humid and the A/C was too much of a draw. "I rented this place to visit OSJ and the spot was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep and drink some Medalla on the balcony. It's an old building so it is what it is. It's hot in OSJ but the 3 climatization units helped keep the place cool enough to sleep well. There was no wi-fi at the time of our visit.
