"This is the BEST place to go if you want a rest and recharge. The beach is pristine andthe staff is amazing. Yes, it's an older building but they keep it so clean and update the best that they can. If you are expecting 5 star it's not for you. If you want the best location and staff and a very clean hotel, then give this place a try. "

"Although this bungalow is set up for short stays, we were there for 3 weeks. Beautiful Guayabitos beach is accessible across the street. It is situated between Guayabitos Centro and La Penita with a short walk to each. The bungalow was comfortable, clean and had the basic necessities. The hosts , Enrique and family were super accommodating and a pleasure to meet. We would definitely return. "

"We enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the kind staff doing the best they could with what they had. The facility is run down with broken trim and holes around windows. Got a lizard in our room one night!! It needs a lot of work/updating and this appears to be identified by a banner at the front advertising Sales with a Condo Complex coming soon. It will be sad to see this quaint Hotel torn down. It was probably gorgeous in the past and up-to-date."

"This property had everything we needed - space, convenient location, private pool, kitchen (actually 2) and outdoor grill. Walkable distance to town, a responsive host, we highly recommend.
