"Leaving today! Had a wonderful trip! Heard this resort will be Reno’d in August-December. The pools were beautiful and had character! Iguanas and Nacho the duck hung out everyday. Water aerobics class was so fun! The beach by the resort was outstanding. We took walks every afternoon as the tide is lower and lots more room to walk. The food was really good! The Mexican and Italian were awesome! The steakhouse was busy so if you want in go early!!! We never got to try it. The Asian food was meh… The entertainment was amazing! They know how to put on a show. I really enjoyed the Michael Jackson night! The whit party was insanely fun, and was like clubbing. Got your face painted by resort for the party. It was awesome! Loved that they had lots of hand sanitizer to use after touching all the handles to the spoons. Was super clean. The rooms were nothing too special, but were clean and nice and cool. The one thing that did really bug me so I hope they change it. Is they have the smokers all smoke by the lobby, so the lobby always smelled like smoke. Would probably be better to have them smoke a bit to the side so it didn’t blow as much in the lobby. If you have any issues walking ask for a lower ground room as the elevator is quite busy. We were on sixth floor and did quite a bit of stairs everyday. All in all it was an awesome resort! Very family friendly! Great service, great food, great entertainment. Can’t wait to come back after renos next year!! Best Trip! "

"It was really well run and managed. Clean very nice rooms. Well maintained. Food was excellent. The only negative is maid did not restock fridge water or coffee etc. They did not have it in their cart. I would go back. I loved every time we came back from excursion the lobby bell boy would say" welcome home". It always made us feel welcome. If you are all inclusive do not write any tip on the bill. We always tipped in cash but if you note this on receipt you will owe this at the end. No one explained this. Do not do the time share unless your interested. Its 2 or 2.5 hours pure pressure selling Resort was beautiful. Nice clean pools and premium drinks. All restaurants were very good food. All staff helpful and nice to deal with. Our safe battery was low and asked to fix they and they did it right away. Beautiful views and comfy beds. Very nice area with walking path across street to go to bucerias. Taxi's everywhere. I like the fact they have food safety designation. You wont be disappointed here. Kudos to management. "

"Excellent food, and attentive staff and great family facility"

"We had a great experience at this resort. The staff is so very accommodating and eager to assist you. Everyone from the bell boys/golf cart guys to the housekeeping, front desk and service staff were excellent. During our 10 day stay, we had two issues that I won't mention here, only because the resort staff were extremely quick to respond and go above & beyond to make it right. The property is very cool and offers a unique jungle resort experience while still having the option to go to the beach club. The food at the Japanese teppanyaki was extremely buttery and salty but we found the food at the buffet and Media restaurant to be very good. We enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs. We only wished the hot tubs had been quite a lot warmer in the evenings. We will be back!"
