"Best Western SureStay was excellent place to stay. It is usual with Best Western chain of hotels. The room was spacious and very quiet. I took good sleep after coming from the flight to Vancouver and almost no sleep the previous night. The location was chosen because I had to attend to some business the next morning. The hotel is located in the business area of Richmond with walkable access to downtown business area. Shopping mall with several food courts is within 15 minutes walking distance. Continental breakfast was included with my stay. I would say it is average breakfast. I have experienced worse and better breakfasts options in various hotels around Canada and Europe. I did not notice anything negative during my stay in SureStay Best Western in Richmond. "

"Overnight before our flight to Mexico. Check in was smooth, efficient and considerate. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. Wake-up call was right on time. Airport shuttle was great, with the driver letting us off right in front of the check in counter. A very enjoyable stay."
