"Walkable to all the great Asian restaurants, milk tea stores and shopping. My main complaint was the crumbled bedding (both the duvet and the sheet) and the room was dusty, all the guests felt congested after the night. The front desk was nice enough to offer switching the room. Staff explained that they were in the process of replacing the duvet/sheet."

"We had a very early morning check-in due to flight delays and the staff were extremely accommodating...made a breakfast plate for the sleeping kids who would have otherwise missed breakfast, and were considerably relaxed with the check-out time, allowing us a little extra time to sleep."

"All staffs I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night and chose it before it provided free shutter to airport. I was having a bad cold and wanted to rest well. Unfortunately the room’s heater is so noisy when I turned it on and the temperature is way too hot because the vent is not adjustable. My face can feel the heat when I lied on the bed. If I lower the temperature, it became cold wind. It is a very old fashion heater which I think the rate for £70/night is...
