"Shuttle service available from airport , about a 10min drive . The hotel felt run down and dated . Rooms were fine, clean, quiet. There’s a large Korean supermarket right behind the hotel . We stayed here simply for the close proximity to the airport ."

"Nice, clean & convenient location. We had a suite for our family of 4. We were short one towel but didn’t get one till the next day since hospitality left by the time we realized it after dinner. We also only had one bar of soap for hand & body. Asked for another the next day. The pool slide wasn’t working the 2 days we were there & they were out of pool towels Saturday. "Located in center of Richmond BC with numerous Asian restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. Carpet is worn out but is being replaced a floor at a time. Stayed here quite a few times, will definitely come back again."

"There was a staff strike when we were there. Our stay was not pleasant as the dining room, Starbucks, and the pool were closed. It was noisy at times as the strikers were making lots of noises with their shouting and drumming. We had to ask the front desk for anything that we need for our room, however, they were helpful. Overall, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. "
