"Good business and tourist hotel. Well appointed and sized premium room. Quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. A fault with the heating in our room was quickly sorted out. Very good breakfast. Can get other meals in hotel but limited choice. Are local non- touristy cafes. Close to metro Sainz B for quick travel across Madrid. Also buses. Good value: cheaper than more fashionable central areas."

"This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. An offer of a reduction in our stay or a credit at the cafeteria attached would have been nice. The maintenance staff were quick to respond and were very polite."
