"This place fit the bill for our extended weekend stay to visit friends. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, if you are planning to stay with the max amount of people for the house you might run into trouble with kitchen utensils and towels. We were given two small beach towels for the hot tub and when I asked for more, I was initially told no and when I reminded them we had three people for our reservation I was given the code to the cleaning closet, but couldn’t make it work so...

"My son and I were visiting Chico, and this was an ideal location to stay. Very close to downtown and campus, but felt tucked away and serene, being just across from the park. The space was well appointed and clean, with very comfortable beds. It was peaceful and quiet, and lovely all around."

Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere. "The house is darling! Loved the kitchen and living room areas and having a fenced yard for our dog was a real help. The neighborhood is quiet and a very easy walk to Bidwell Park. Walking distance to a good restaurant for breakfast too!! It was wonderful."

"Stayed here with my mother in law and three daughters. It was plenty of room for us and was clean. The beds are very comfortable. We were happy to find a Brita in the fridge, so there is filtered water. Kitchen towels and potholders would be a great addition!:)"
