"When in Durham to visit family we always stay at the Marriot City Center. It's in a great location, rooms are comfortable and very clean and the employees are the best! Kind and helpful. It also has a comfortable lobby with lots of space to relax plus a good breakfast. "

"If you’re going to a show at the DPAC there is no better place for the money. Rooms were up to date with large windows and tall ceilings with a more modern design. Bathroom was upgraded and showers were nice. Easy onsite parking in downtown with an additional parking fee. But it’s good for 24 hours so you can stay parked after checkout to walk around or enjoy a show. Great experience overall. "

"Overall this was a good place to stay for an extended trip. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. As a pet friendly place, this was a plus. Our only complaint was the included breakfast buffet which was uniformly terrible each day. But, with a kitchen in the suite it did not really matter. "
