The bath tub in the room was missing the overflow cover and the tub looked dirty so we didn't use it. An electrical outlet cover in the room was loose and hanging out from the wall..... The staff was friendly and the location was good. It's only about 8 minutes from the arena.

Found roaches (German roaches, I have photos) in room on the last night of our stay. Desk clerk was polite but said there was no other room to switch us to. Biggest disappointment was not being contacted by management after leaving messages (no manager on duty when issue found or at checkout time). This WAS our go-to hotel for frequent Raleigh area trips, it’s a great location and it rooms were always been clean, quiet, and comfortable, but we will be finding somewhere new to stay based on this experience.
