"Was there for a multi day trip to Duke for medical scans and tests. Served sour milk from room service and still charged. Power went out at 4a, had to take a cold shower, power wasn’t restore until I had to check out around 8:30a and no compensation nor even an apology was offered; it was simply it is what it is. No coffee in hot pots, nothing, no attempt to make guests more comfortable or accommodate them in ANY way shape or form. "

"Could this hotel be any cuter?! Seriously. They blended the North Carolina charm and UNC pride so well in the decor! The room felt very homey. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. Loved the elliptical in the gym, too. They also have a carpeted basketball court in the center of the upstairs, which younger kids would love. What's even better is the hotel is located right on Franklin Street, near many stores and restaurants. It was very walkable to campus. "

"When booking the unit, confirm the entry code as the one they gave me was incorrect and was unable to gain entry my first night. Consequently had to book another hotel for the evening. Also make sure you place the parking sticker on your windshield otherwise your car will be towed, like mine was to some junky tow lot on the outskirts of Durham, NC. Otherwise unit was beautiful "

"The pictures for this property are very deceiving. The floor is laminate that is falling apart. The floor is also extremely uneven. Especially in the kitchen, hall and living room. It is literally a trip hazard to walk from one end of the condo to the other. I searched for a room that could accommodate 6 people. The price quoted increased by $100 for having more than more than 4 people at checkout. Expedia lists a cleaning fee of $65 for the condo. My card was charged $100 without my...
