"Everything about our stay at the Novotel was excellent. We arrived far later than expected but our room was not only ready but upgrades. The staff were so kind and could tell we had such a difficult day without us even mentioning it to them. It was very sweet of them to provide this for us. Room was clean and cleaning staff were friendly. The gentleman on the 15th floor cleaning rooms in the afternoon of Feb 16th was such a gem! "

Bed was a little on the soft side for my liking (but that is just my preference). Staff are helpful and lots of patience, nothing was too much trouble You get what you pay for imo My only issue is that we couldn’t get into the dining room on either night we stayed as it was full. Disappointing given that we paid so much for the room and they couldn’t accommodate. "
