"Came for my birthday. Spacious apartment, mostly clean except a lot of the cutlery & plates but I cleaned them myself. Unfortunately the refrigerator wasn’t working and I did let them know but nothing was done. Check in and check out was confusing and not reception to ask questions to so had to phone them up multiple times. I don’t believe I’ve had my security deposit back either and it’s been over a week now. Average place."

"The staff have been fantastic. We have had nothing but travel issues but the team at Premier suites has been nothing but excellent when it comes to communication. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the out of hours instructions were clear and to the point. One suggestion is I would say some signage to help locate the back of the property when out of hours would be helpful but other than that it’s been great."

"My daughter and I stayed here when visiting family in the Liverpool area. We found the area very convenient, with lots of walkable shops, restaurants and bars. It was a very comfortable place to stay, as others have said there is a night club underneath, so if you are a light sleeper Friday and Saturday night you can hear the music, it did not bother us and added to the local color. We used the parking garage with the discount code they supplied and it was a very convenient at a great price....

"Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings.
