"Friendly and helpful staff. I had issues with buying detergent from their dispenser with my credit card and needed to break a big bill for the airbus, they had no problems breaking big notes. The hotel is only a few years old so it is very clean. Reception is on the third floor, very bright, spacious , and clean also. Coin laundry is a big plus. Close to all the attractions. Airbus stop is within 30 feet. Would stay here again. "

"The only reason I did give this five stars is because they didn’t have air conditioning available when I went (during autumn), only heater, even though the weather was unseasonably warm so the room was stifling. Other than that, the room was clean, the breakfast was extensive and the staff were friendly. Having the convenience store attached to the hotel was a godsend because I could get late night ramyeon without even going outside!"
