"We have been going to the malibest resort for about 5 years its not a 5 star hotel if that's what you are looking for but all the staff are very friendly Azril who cleaned are room was very good and accomadating the room's are looking very tired and really are in desperate need of updating one of the things that i find a bit odd is there is only one chair in the room but there is two people staying in the room so this means only one person can site on the balcony wihch was a let down"

"Overall we were happy with the resort. However they could do some maintenance to the rooms as air conditioning was not cold and the bar fridge wasn't cold either. The ground staff should be trained to do their job away from the guests who are trying to enjoy the atmosphere and not having to listen to noisy machine and rubbish flying around. Some improvement could be done to the food that is offered especially with the steamboat. Had uncooked bbq chicken wing served to us. Charred nicely on the...

"Nothing much around the facility, lagoon is muddy during the day, bug and mosquitoes get inside room. I stayed over the water. Air conditioner was cold Shower floor was slippery "

"Conveniently located near the beach and spacious. Comfortable beds. Doors need better sealing so A/C can be more effective. Did not like that there was no staff on site at night as anyone could walk onto the property and into the area where the rooms are. "
