"Great inviting set up at hotel. Open lobby, well done with roomy bar and common areas. Third floor hosts the pool deck, bar, restaurant, gym and kid’s playroom. All nicely executed and clean. Rooms were large, bathrooms huge. Nice balcony. Space to spread out. The real stars were the staff. Each friendly, helpful and professional. Absolutely exemplary. Kudos!!"

"Rooms were good, beds comfortable, staffs friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast was excellent at Rice Garden. There were a few maintenance issues like water clogging in wash basin, tv remote not working, door card was not working at times. However staff immediately assisted to resolve issues. We booked for two Delux Double rooms. The rooms were on the other side of the GF even upon request placed during booking to give us rooms next to each other. Sofa bed was provided instead of single bed in the rooms. These were later changed upon request. Overall the experience was very good. Loved the lounge and pool area. There was always a pleasant breeze in these areas at all times which made us unwind and relax. 99island bar and service was great. "

"Beautiful room and breakfast was great. The problem I have is our room was just opposite the restaurant and in the morning and late afternoon, staffs were shouting to each other. Check in was slow . But lobby staff were friendly and helpful."
