"Amazing hotel with a good location, excellent facilities and amazing staff who are really friendly and helpful. Particularly Aziman, who was really helpful throughout our visit with his help with a few queries and tips on our stay in Langkawi. Breakfast was really nice with a bog variety of fresh food and fruits etc. Only small issue we found, was that the bedsheet and duvet was a little dirty. But was changed straight away."

"This hotel is located on a beautiful beach, perfect for swimming. It's almost a private beach as there are no other resorts/ restaurants in the area. The piano music and bubbly served at breakfast made it special. The rooms are on 3 levels without a lift but the staff helps with luggage. The dinners are a bit quiet . Some live music would be great. "

"Absolutely amazing stay - flawless and faultless . The hotel and ground are beautiful as is the location . Quite breathtaking when you see the pool and the beach through the large glass doors when you have a tour on check in . The service is first class and everyone working there are highly professional , friendly and cannot do enough for their guests "

"just an amazing place to relax and enjoy the scenery. We have been to many places in the world in the last 35 years but never saw such a beautiful place as this resort. Highly recommend it to anyone."

"Service was great. Room was great. Ocean view on the beach. Front exterior of th ehotel is somewhat offputting but once you enter there is a great freindly atmosphere and the staff really are attentive to you. Cookies and fruit in your room everyday. Bar was friendly and breakfast was included."

"Have you ever wanted to experience living in an IKEA showroom? Because this is how you experience living in an IKEA showroom. Each room in this property was decorated in collaboration with IKEA Malaysia - which resulted in some really beautiful, picture-perfect accommodations. "The place is very suitable for couple rather than family. it have a very rustic feel to it."

"My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit."

"The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...
