Pros: 1. Amazing QR code for room service: The QR code system for room service is convenient and efficient, making it easy to order meals directly to your room. 2. Early check-in given due to early flight arrival: The hotel is accommodating with early check-ins, which is greatly appreciated 3. Proximity to the airport:The resort is conveniently located next to the airport, making it very accessible for travelers. 4. Tasty meals and great prices for room service: The meals provided by room service are delicious and reasonably priced, enhancing the overall stay experience. Cons: 1. Noise due to lack of soundproofing: The rooms are not soundproof, leading to a lot of noise from inconsiderate guests. While this is more of a guest behavior issue, it affects the overall comfort. 2. Constant alarms going off: Frequent alarms, caused by doors not being closed properly, disturb the peace throughout the day and night. 3. Outdated rooms: Despite the resort being advertised as refurbished, the updates seem limited to the reception, food area, and pool. The rooms themselves require updating. 4. Slow cleaning service: Staff are slow to clean breakfast tables, often resulting in guests having to sit at messy and dirty tables. 5. Limited shuttle service: The advertised shuttle service is limited, with drop-offs at 6:30 AM and pick-ups at 9:30 PM, which is not convenient 6. The hotel was clean spacious close to airport and the breakfast buffet was very large with many options We found the customer service was lacking. The restaurant around pool and in lobby was nothing more than reheated frozen food. We also had issues with getting constant warm/hot water for showering in our room Definitely is not the luxury hotel it is made out to be with reviews and star ratings

The Reception staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us arrange the shuttle to the airport when leaving. The 2 female cleaners were also really nice and friendly! - We were able to check in early free of charge and after we had checked out, Reception looked after our bags and even let us use the hostel showers (which were nice and clean!) to freshen up before our late evening flight. - The room was stylish and very clean, and the walls very good at insulating sound, couldn't hear our neighbours at all. - Loved that they are taking environmentally friendly steps, you get mineral water to your room each day. - Good location - about 15 minute drive to Old Town, 2 minute walk to airport. Make sure to come on a Thuresday to experience the Night Market in Old Town, its really good! - There is a popular cafe / restaurant serving nice food in the lobby which is also a good place to work (lots of plug sockets). - Whole building was really nicely decorated (industrial style) and very clean. One of the nicest hostels we've been in in Asia! Feel more like you're in a hotel. - Huge and beautiful swimming pool with the great views. GYM and KIDS CLUB. We had been told CIGAR CLUB is coming soon. New Carpet is looking great. We Enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel great location and great staff. Excellent pool and bar a very big plus, especially on New Year's Eve, while we enjoyed fireworks without having to leave the hotel. Also the happy hours drinks provided a great opportunity to meet some of other guests and share stories of our experiences in Langkawi boat trips. lounge live music is the extra mile why we will come again.

All the way from UK we booked rooms for Routes Asia next year at Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi. Have to say wow to their sales team. I think we are some of the lucky company who got invited to the promotion sales. I came with Singapore office and stayed here for 2 nights, the feedback is yes. We love the walking distance, the only hotel beside airport and exhibition hall yet it’s a holiday resort for couples and family. Can’t wait to come here again next year. Highly recommended.
