The Verandah Bar added to the experience, with attentive, engaging staff crafting expertly made drinks in a sophisticated setting. The reception team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met with grace. "It fits the theme of luxurious and vintage well. We like the kampung island vibes and luxury in one place. Service was prompt. As expected of resorts, facilities are abundant and catered to kids too. We were able to enjoy the facilities without the crowd in most instances. We were granted a free room upgrade from garden to lakefront and are quite happy with it. For those seeking privacy, only the lakefront provides a high level of privacy as the rest has balconies that at some point in time will allow passers by to peek in due to where they face. "
