"Location and view is amazing, but the rooms and the property in general really needs to be renovated and beautified; it has so much potential due to the location and view, it’s disappointing when you get there and you see the state of the motel and the rooms In addition I don’t think it’s fair to offer an “upgrade” to get the room that I have already paid for instead of a bad one"
