"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."

"It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional. "Nicely situated hotel close to many essentials and big name malls within walking distance. Never had to Grab for the first 2 nights. You are also right next to an authentic Chinese tea house, a hidden-gem not many go to. Rooms are normal for the price you are paying, don't be fussy and expect too much. However, the toilet sliding door of my room is faulty. My friend's room's was fine. Staff were all smiles and friendly, no problems checking in or out. "
