"It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional. Secondly, The hotel should inform the customer on time of check in , that’s the area is facing water problem. Perhaps, the water was stopped at night and they didn’t inform us about the water interruption Earlier and all the while I need to keep on...

"Bad experience at the hotel! The gym is under reconstruction but it is not mentioned on the website and I booked this hotel because of the gym. I only spend there 1 night in stead of 3. Also for breakfast in the morning they have an a la carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant, you can choose where you want to have breakfast but at the check in there was no choice given. Will never return to this hotel again."

Being situated close to Chan Sow Lin train station, transport into city is readily accessible and there are two excellent shopping malls within walking distance, as well. Towels and sheets could be better and there's also a rather noisy karaoke bar nearby but, apart from this, it's actually a quite a clean, comfortable and affordable choice of hotels to consider staying in when when visiting...

"everything is lousy. tissue not refilled on most days. even if it is, it's only 8 pieces. air con is leaking. tv is not working. sofa is dirty. toilet has flies everywhere. lobby is hot n stuffy, no friendly staff at reception."
