"All in all the property is wonderful and highly recommended "

"Everything about our 6 night stay was excellent. The staff were all exceptional and all of the food we had was excellent. The health club facilities were excellent. The Family Room was large and extremely well equipped with great views. My little boy had a great time, the kids activities were only attended by him most of the time, but the staff still made it fun. The pool is a little tired, but still had a great time playing, all the poolside staff were excellent and kind. All in all a great stay, thanks Hotel Shangri-La!"

"I did not like the room bathroom nor the front desk handling of my check in nor check out I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was an cheap looking place but it should have been with the way the place is managed, compared to many other Holiday Inn Express we.ve stayed in this one should only hold a 1 or 2 star rating.
