"The customer service was okay. Friendly and helpful. The building facilities and amenities were basic but good. They have free parking for guests. In general the room wss clean but don't open the covers to see the beds and pillows. Our pillow had huge brown stains. There might have been mites too because we woke up itchy. There is no fridge available in the room. If you are short, good luck trying to hang your clothes. You are in no shortage of activities in the area. Major banks available,...

"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean and spacious where you could spread out your luggage(s). Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly. Would stay here again. "
