"Checking in was pleasant & smooth. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious clean & comfortable. Room & washroom amenities were more than adequate. It was a ine night stay so I cannot comment on any other aspects of the establishment. Recommended."

Staff- very unwelcoming, the man was just playing with phone and the girl didn’t smile at all and ask for guest details and took so long to key in data. Customer service 0. Didnt greet guest. 2. Facilities-poor. Bedsheets have black stain, smelly, old 3. Cockroaches everywhere in the room 4. The stairs alley to lift very smelly 5. They gave us towels inside bags on check in but we didnt hear to give them back at the lobby...

"Good. The aircon was a bit noisy and perhaps not cold enough. Parking is still a bit of a problem. Although we did not use it this time, it was hard to see how to operate the in-room safe. We may need to use it to store our passports the next time. "
