"Over two visits, this has become one of our favorite European hotels. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Large well-designed and well stocked rooms, a rooftop bar/lunch spot and incredibly good food from the breakfast buffet in. All due to the genuine hospitality at the front desk and dining rooms. "

"Once you understand that Lisbon is a hilly city and that this hotel is on a hill you can decide if it's good for you. We loved it because you get a real feel of Lisbon "life" staying here. It's in a residential neighbor hood; restaurants, shops, parks, transportation are very close by. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable and the included breakfast is great and convenient. Very enjoyable"

"Short business trip. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel facilities were very enjoyable. Despite being on the 8th floor I never had to wait for a lift. I used the pool and sauna during the stay and both were spacious and not too busy. The top floor bar had a good ambience. Only slight problem was the A/C vent in my room rattling a lot, which I had to wiggle each night to stop. I should have reported this but as I was only on a short visit didn't bother."
