Hotel staff intimate they have outsourced it to the shack at the back of hotel. They haven’t, it is owned & run by same hotel. The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor.
