"The property is very spacious. Area is quiet and easy to get around. I felt safe staying here. There is also an elevator in thsi building so no need to worry about carrying your luggages up and down the stairs. Having said that, the unit was not left at its cleanest state. When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) Breakfast is 10 euro and a very good deal with lots of fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants, cereal and also bacon and eggs. They even had soy milk for the coffee. "Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large. Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. Finally after over an hour we got through using a different phone number. The room had some nice design...
