We liked that it was a very good breakfast included. They also.provided dinner for a reasonable price and it was good. So we did not have to go out of hotel to eat. There is no resteraunts or stores close to this Holiday Inn so meals to pay for was a good service. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Great staff-efficient and friendly. Nice breakfast. Tired mattress. Noise from next room through a shared door made it difficult to get a full nights sleep.

I did not like the price for Airport shuttle. Many airport hotels offer free airport shuttle service, this hotel charges over twice the Uber price. They also lie saying their shuttle service is the least expensive ride to the airport.

The property is old but ultimately quite adequate and our room and bed were comfortable. Staff friendly and competent. Breakfast was good but otherwise food options were limited to same cafeteria-like setting. Getting there was challenging as sidewalks not safe for walking and some of taxi drivers from airport charge predatory flat fees rather than by the meter for little more than a 5-minute drive. We were charged 15 euro but we met a woman who was charged 35 euro. The hotel shuttle to the airport was efficient for 5 euro per person but was not available for pickup to our knowledge. We Uber-ed off site for dinner. Ultimately a good and reasonably priced hotel for a morning flight.

Very comfortable with wonderful staff. We had a rental car and fortunately there was a Sixt place a short distance away so we did have to return out tpo the airports but there was a 20 euro fee - PROBABLY BALANCED by what a cab would have cost to take it back tot he airport, so I didn't mind paying it. Property has a 5 euro transfer to the airport fee which is very good.

The hotel is located close to the airport. Breakfast was included and was reasonably good. The phone in the room did not work but the staff made it work quickly. Overall, a good place to stay for a night.

As with most airport hotels, the area around this hotel isn’t the best, - noise from the highway, don’t plan on walking anywhere. It’s about a €6 Uber ride from the airport or you can pre-book a shuttle from the hotel during certain hours for €5 per person. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The staff was kind and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast - for a continental breakfast it was quite good. They were also kind enough to allow me an extended checkout by an hour.

To be fair to this hotel there are very positive features about this property. Unfortunately, there are two very negative features. The postive: Close to the airport. Very clean, bed was fairly comfortable. The negative: The shower was TERRIBLE. The water was either cold or scalding hot. So we had to take cold showers. The small issue is there are zero restaurants close by. One member of the staff was extremely pleasant and one was not so pleasant.

This is a nice place to spend the night before leaving Lisbon. It is conveniently located for the airport in Lisbon. I would not stay here otherwise.
